Fact Finder Full Report on BTF Negotiations

  • The fact finders report and recommendations includes 21% in salary increases over three years in addition to an 8% signing bonus. This would make the Buffalo contract amongst the most competitive in the region, especially when you consider our total compensation package that includes valuable health insurance for active and retired teachers.

  • 14% of the aforementioned increases and the 8% bonus would take effect in the next four months if the contract were ratified today. Every day that goes by means thousands of dollars are being denied to our valued teachers.

It was a fair process where both parties had a fair opportunity to present evidence. The fact finder rendered a fair and impartial decision based on that evidence.
